DDHQ: Rep. Annie Kuster projected to win reelection, beat Robert Burns

Democratic incumbent Rep. Annie Kuster is projected to win her bid for reelection against Republican challenger Robert Burns in New Hampshire's 2nd Congressional District, according to Decision Desk HQ.

The DDHQ call came at about 10:10 p.m. Tuesday.

Shortly after 10 p.m., Kuster delivered a celebratory speech that expressed confidence but stopped short of claiming victory.

"We feel awesome about the outcome," she said, calling for patience while all votes are counted.

Burns told WMUR earlier in the evening that his supporters should expect a "very late night."
